What breed and gender?

I tried to post this a bit a go but I can't find it so I apologize if I did this twice . I got this chick from a friend who got it from his neighbor so we're not sure what it is. Any ideas?

May be Rhode Island Red or a Red Star and it looks like pullet to me...Also do you know if it is a cross breed it almost looks like a cross of Rhode Island Red and Blue Andalusian because the feet sort of have that blackish look...

well, it appears to be a pullet, but breed I don't know, likely a mix with that burnt color mixed in.

Do you have a rough idea of the bird's age - or at least how long you and the most immediate previous owner had it? At this point it is looking like a nice mixed breed pullet.

Agree it looks like a mixed breed pullet at this point. Knowing age and being able to see the comb would help confirm gender. Whatever mix of breeds, she'll mature about the same coloring she is now, and likely lay brown eggs.

She was tiny when I got her so I'm guessing 6-7 weeks. Her comb is very small and light colored. She does have gray-ish legs

Could be a cross as the original owner had several breeds. I'm thinking pullet as well.
