This is my prettiest chicken but it doesn't look like any of the breeds I ordered and I'm afraid it's a rooster. He doesn't crow though. Confirmation on gender and help identifying breed please?

It looks like a easter egger chicken to me. Not for sure if it's a male or female. If I would take a guess I would say male but not for sure.
