What breed and sex is this one?

I was given this pigeon and am wondering what breed and sex it is?

Not very sure about breed. It may be a mix with some Archangel genes. No way to determine sex of a pigeon from a picture you posted. Easiest way to determine sex,,,, place in cage with another pigeon of know sex. (usually a cock pigeon) If they fight, then you know you have another cock pigeon. If they preen,, or are just neautral in behavior,, chances are you have a hen pigeon.
