Hard to tell without better pics, but the top one appears to be a male EE

The bottom one appears to be a female Red SL (called Gold Comets, Red Cinnamons, etc at feed stores)

About 15 years ago wwe brought st run chickens and they were allllllll Roos. Meanest things I could not walk outside they would attack the kids, we PAID someone to come get them lol.
If the blueish chick is a roo will he be mean?

He may not be mean if he is your only one. I have a full grown barred rock rooster and he is as nice and gentle as can be, but the more you have they tend to get crochety lol

The second chick appears to be a Red Sex Link hybrid, and that coloration would equal pullet. Cockerels of the RSL is white only.
