So I bought some White Leghorn chicks at Stock & Field about 4 weeks ago. Two of them have grown faster and are much the heavier than the other chicks I currently have. Part of me thinks they’re fast developing Roos or are just completly different breed. What do you think?

Those are cornish cross. You will have to butcher them (or give them to someone who will) because they will very likely die of heart failure if they are left alive after reaching full size. If they do survive, it is a poor quality of life, so it is kinder to process them than leave them alive.
