Any Home Bakers Here?

Third time’s the charm! I think I figured it out, I was adding too much water which made the dough too sticky to shape properly and fall flat. Switched from 375g water to 300g and I was finally able to get that smooth surface and tight round dough ball.

Yesterday’s 2nd attempt

Today’s 3rd which is about 3in taller than the previous one.

Now I need to figure out what to do with all this bread! I also made sourdough pancakes and I don’t think I’ll ever need to buy pancake mix again. Next time I want to try cinnamon rolls.

Cut into cubes and make croutons, or just freeze them for later.
