Any Home Bakers Here?

Thank you! They were very delicious, I will say they dont keep super long they got pretty hard after about 4 days for the ones we had left but considering theyre European hard rolls meant for like olden times workers pockets I guess that makes sense 😂
They should keep longer if you freeze them. I freeze nearly all of the bread I bake.

But what is corn molasses and paris green ?!
Corn molasses

"Homemade/Traditional: Made by boiling down corn stalks or cobs, resulting in a sweet syrup used like molasses in recipes.
Commercial Blends: Products like Karo Dark Corn Syrup combine corn syrup with molasses for baking."
Paris Green
"Paris green (copper(II) acetate triarsenite or copper(II) acetoarsenite) is an arsenic- and copper-containing pigment. It is an emerald-green crystalline powder that is also known as Mitis green, Schweinfurt green, Sattler green, emerald, Vienna green, Emperor green or Mountain green. It is highly toxic and has thus also been used as a rodenticide and insecticide."

"When did Paris Green stop being used?

In the latter part of the 19th century, as less toxic paints were being developed, Paris Green became obsolete (but not before it briefly found use in the sewers of Paris and on the farm fields of the U.S., as both a rat poison and insecticide, respectively)."
