I think Lohman Browns (RIR cross / Hylines - battery hen breed, up to 320 eggs per year) and white ones are Light Sussex (had one ourselves, big solid bird, friendly, regular egg layer - 260 to 280 per year).

Adding a 300' run for them. Trying to make ends meet by selling eggs and eating them. I'm disabled so anything helps no matter how small. Trying to come up with stuff for 8'x16' coop. Thinking of 5 gallon buckets for nesting boxes.

Since you have a Delaware, you should get a RIR roo and create your own red sex links. They sell like wildfire
