What Breed Are These?

Thanks for the all the input.... when we got them the people who gave them to us thought that one was a hen and one was a roo, however I am now thinking otherwise. Unfortunately no eggs from the one that was thought the be a hen so we can tell with the eggs.

When I first started research I thought that perhaps the roo was a RIR cockeral or as someone pointed out perhaps a Partidge Rock. We have a partridge hen and she looks nothing like the supposed hen in question.

Here is another picture of them, if needed I can crop the photo a bit so that you might better see these two.

Thanks again!

Well for the 3rd time they are not Rhode Island Reds. (Not Even Close)

They are either cross bred or two different breeds and I am leaning to them being cross breeds.
The two Roosters may have close to the same feather pattern/ color but one rooster has Yellow Legs and the other has White Legs.

The one with yellow legs is a Partridge Rock rooster. The one with white legs I'm not sure about. Neither one of those are RIRs and they are BOTH roosters.

Again, wrong color for a Partridge Rock. Partridge Rock males should look much like BBR males, in that the breast is solid black, tail is solid black, but the wing has a definite cinnamon "triangle" and the rest are a rich red. The OP's cockerel is very mossy, smudged with black, and has no definite borders of coloration. If anything it is a cross of Partridge and Columbian.
