What breed are we? ..Can you tell gender yet?(*ADDED BETTER PICS*)

That is a Barred Rock hen, what I breed. You may have been told she was a "Dominicker" hen because many old timers call any chicken with barring a Dom, incorrectly. They'll argue with you till they're blue in the face, too, about it. Drives me NUTS! Doms have a rose comb like the Wyandottes in your pics and the Barred Rocks have a single comb like your hen there.
I see Lt Brahmas and I see a Columbian Wyandotte (rose comb, looks like a Lt Brahma with clean legs). Also, looks like there's a White Wyandotte in the pen as well.

Do you mean your full size chickens came from the same source as these babies you just purchased? (I'm a little confused)

Well we bought her from an older lady who had a slew of chickens and that is what we were told, anyways nice to know now thanks so much for the info.

the darker one in the first pick is definatly a barred rock, the rooster is posibly a rhode island red, and the white one with the grey neck in the 7 th pic is definatly a light brahma!

the all white ones could be leghorns or cornish x, or alot of diffrent things.

No they didn't but when someone said something about the diiference in the combs of the barred rock and the dominique I got confused cause all this time I thought the hen that I have had was a dominique. Sorry if I have confused people.

I'm about 99% positive that the white one in the last pic with the rose comb is a White Wyandotte. You dont see them very often, but you also don't see alot of Columbian Wyandottes, either and you definitely have those (the ones that look like Lt Brahmas with clean legs). The rooster is definitely not a RIR, but I'm not sure what he is exactly.
Check out this Wyandotte page and you'll see the photos of both white and Columbian Wyandottes:

The Cuckoo Marans have white legs and her hen has yellow legs, so she's definitely a Barred Rock. In hatchery birds, they may look just alike, but the Barred Rocks' barring is supposed to be much more distinct, in addition to the different colored legs.
