Got more auction rescues today, not sure what breed they are and not sure if they are he or she. Is there any way to approximate how old they are. They are cute lil bugs.

    Thanks

If there are feathers on the feet, I'd say Light Brahmas.

Without feathers, I'd say Columbian Rocks.

    Mahroni,
How do you tell the difference between Columbian Rocks, Delawares, and Light Sussex?

The two in the top photo look to have single combs, and no leg feathering, so I would agree with Mahonri about about the Rocks. They both look like males.

Where the Columbian Rock has black, a Delaware has barred feathers instead. Light Sussex have white/slate colored legs, whereas a Rock has yellow.

I would guess the two in the bottom photo are Light Brahmas. The one closer looks like a female, the other possibly a male.

I am a complete newbie so I am excited to see what others say, but the two in the first pic are DEFINITELY not Delawares. I also am guessing both boys.

The bottom picture is really hard to see one chicken.
