What breed could she be?

This was supposed to be a Buff Cochin that I picked up from Jersey Chickens but things aren't shaping up that way. Obviously she's not buff for starters. She's six months old.

Looks like an ISA brown or some other Rhode Island Red mix although the feet feathers are strange
