I was sold "royal palm" hatching eggs. Well, these are not palms. The lady was also selling bourbon red hatching eggs, so can I assume these guys are a mix of the two? Is the red one a pure bourbon red maybe? What would the chicks look like if these guys are bred together? Thanks for the help!

Not sure on the breed, but they will be beautiful if you hatch them.
 
Assuming the lady you got them from actually only has royal palms and bourbon reds...
That little red one is probably pure bourbon (it looks like one anyway), the other is probably mixed. The mixed one is likely a red bronze or golden narragansett, there's a turkey genetics calculator on Porter's site which you can use to try and determine what any babies from those little ones might be (it sometimes matters which is male or female).
