It kind of looks like a barred rock. I think its a rooster and not a hen because large comb for its age.

Oh okay, He is so pretty but sadly I can’t have a roo. Also if I’m understanding correctly Roos will get a big comb at 6 weeks

Those bars seem really light colored and slightly brownish, but it could just be lighting or bad quality coloring. Probably a Barred Plymouth Rock rooster.
