What breed do you think Pepper is?

This is Pepper. When we got her as a chick we were told she is an Ameraucana. I think she looks more like a wyandotte. Can anyone confirm/deny? She lays brown eggs. Thank you!

She's definitely NOT an Ameraucana. They lay blue eggs and have muffs/beards.

But Pepper is a cutie patootie!

Hatchery/production quality breeding lines often have body shapes that are lighter overall and outside the standard of perfection for their given breed. This bird looks exactly like a hatchery stock Wyandotte

They are brats, but have really grown into great hens! At one point I thought about rehoming them! They just needed time, and patience! They are our best layers to!!
