What breed do you think these are? White leghorn or Rock or?

    I purchased these chicks at TSC in the pullet bin and they did not know what breed. I was told they were all brown egg layers. Don't know that yet, they are 12 weeks old. Can anyone tell me what breed they maybe. (the white ones) They are very flighty and very fast.

    those look exactly like my white leghorns. If so, they'd lay white eggs. [​IMG]

    that is what I thought too but I keep reading that leghorns lay white eggs so I was confused. Thanks I can't wait to see what they lay.

    Those will lay white eggs - they have white earlobes.

    Yes yes, white leghorns... and girls too. My leghorn boys had HUGE red combs at that gae. We have a girl and she looks exactly like yours.
    Man, they ARE flighty and fast! I swear they never stop moving too. I never see them sit! lol...
