First off, I'm sorry but that bird is never going to lay eggs. That's a cockerel. He'll crow eventually.
The red color on the shoulders isn't from Yokohama blood, it's simply a characteristic of Easter egger males. It's commonly referred to as red leakage.
The white-ish earlobes may mean the hatchery brought in some Leghorn blood to boost egg production recently in this bird's ancestry.
