What breed, gender and age are these chickens?

My friend rescued these chickens and gave them to me. The darker one is missing neck feathers and some breast feathers. I would keep them if they were hens, because I live in the city. I am leaning towards hens because of the floppy comb. They look like buff minorcas or leghorns. What do you think?

Is it possible the one is molting? They resemble a Prod. Red imo, but I can't guarentee. I'm sure they are hens though!

Are they from an egg farm? Can you look at the earlobes? They look like production reds or maybe sexlinks. They look like they are just getting done laying. They are for sure hens

They were rescued on the side of the road in the city. Their earlobes look white to me. I don't think they have laid yet. They are much smaller than my 3 chickens and when you pick them up they probably weigh not even 2 lbs.
