It looks like a hen to me. Don't worry about the fighting too much if your chicken has an aggressive personality. I've seen some of my (Less than sweet hens, shall we call it?) draw blood, and they were hens. One question though, when you look at the bird to you see feathers by it's tail feathers? Kinda like this?
