What breed/gender?

Hello! My friend recently bought a "batch" of chick's and weren't told the breed. (Long story) He was wondering what breeds are the circled ones and do you think these are Roosters? They're roughly 9 weeks old give or take.

Silver laced sebright (front) and D'Uccle (back)

There's 2 cockerels. White bird and the one in question.

Looks like it has rosecomb and blue legs. I don't know.

The ones circled are a golden laced sebright (front) and what appears to be a Millie Fleur D’Uccles (back). Sebright is a rooster, D’Uccle looks to be a hen.

The front one is a Golden Laced Sebright cockerel. The back one is a Mille Fleur D'Uccle pullet. One of the white ones is a cockerel as well.
