I don’t think he’s a WFWS if that is even a thing I think their is only the black colored. I think he might be a leghorn but what color are his legs they are hard to see from that angle.

The legs are about the same color as his beak. *squints* I think.
I think it's rare, but I think white faced Spanish can be blue.
