What breed is he?

I have him posted everywhere for rehoming but unsure of his breed. No one seems to interested in a none identified chicken

He is about 6 months, and started making noise just recently (late bloomer) His behavior is much different from my others (silkies and seabrights) and is scared of his own shadow.
