What Breed is my chicken? Silkie with pink comb...

Hey everybody, new to Backyard Chickens and Chickens in general. Seeking some advice on one of my girls/boys.

After doing a bit of research I'm wondering why my silkie has a pink/red comb and wattles? Does this mean he/she is a cross breed. From what I've read its very unlikely for silkies to have silkie fluff if they're crosses. Any suggestions/knowledge would be greatly appreciated!

What do you mean by poor quality, will that effect him/her if I'm not showing?

What age?
It would make it pet quality not show quality.

I'm gonna say late bloomer cockerel. I do see alot of red in the face, & starting of streamers.

Thanks for your expertise Mystery Chicken! Sadly I think my other two are cockerels too. What do you recon? Their combs are getting noticeable and they are the same age
