It's probably Black Sex-Link.

If she has copper coloring around her neck or chest, probably black sex link. I have 2. One has a pretty ring of copper around her neck. The other just has some flecks on her chest. They looked like vultures when they were little!

The breed is listed as non-broody, but mine did, twice. Wasn't a great mother however, and she wasn't a standard red gene cock/barred gene hen cross; I'm think mine had some Delaware. The point is that the broodiness could vary with the cross. Here's mine:
