What breed is my roo?

Hi everyone! I was just wondering what breed you thought my roo was. He was bought in the assorted bantam pen at TSC. When we got him he did not have feathered feet but he does now. He does not look my other Cochin's so I have been wondering.

Sorry for the angles of the photos it was all I could get of him.
