What breed is my Roo?

I got this Roo from a guy that said he was a EE. He does have a pea comb but no muffs. Any ideas on what breed he is??

EE... they don't have to have all the EE traits to still be considered EEs.

EEs are an unregulated breed. An ideal EE will have muffs, lay blue/green eggs, have green legs, and have a pea comb. However, you can mix, match, substitute, and swirlie in traits from all other breeds. Its still an EE up until you have a bird who has NONE of the above traits.
