Doesn't matter one bit. He's a chicken, the hens are chickens, as far as they're concerned it's all good

Only if you want to produce specific pure bred chickens and/or are wanting to do specific crosses - aside from that, the chickens don't care one bit. Handsome EE roo you have there.

As Ol Grey Mare said, it doesn't matter what breed your rooster is IF you don't mind mixed breed birds. But, if you're trying to breed a purebred chicken, you'll want the rooster to be the same breed as the hens.

X2 on Wyandottes7--a rooster of a different breed than the hens will produce mixed breed birds, but if you're fine with that, then it doesn't matter.
