What breed is my rooster? He is a bantam size and my favorite chicken.

Looks like some sort of silver gray dorking mix.

I think probably black tailed white Japanese bantam mixed with Old English game bantam. It's tough to know for sure, but it is definitely a mixed breed.

He looks to be an Old English Game Bantam with squirrel tail.

Old English Game "hatchery type", Columbian pattern. Japanese isn't totally impossible but they should have yellow legs. @JedJackson could also be on to something with a Japanese/Old English cross.
