He looks like he is part Barred Rock....

He looks mixed, truthfully. The rose comb makes me think some Dominique in the ancestry, but the barring is too messy and the body shape is wrong for a pure Dom.

He look like EE aka Americana to me. Has the beard. I've seen them barred like this before. Cute roo!

I don't see a beard, I see a bird that is chilly and has his head pulled down for warmth. Dominique cross is my guess
