What breed is my rooster?

I can't figure out what Schezuan is. I was told when I got him as a three day old chick that he was Ameraucana but I don't think so. They said my rooster Kung pao was an ameraucana too but he turned out to be an EE. All of the other chickens that I got from them are what they said they were. I got three Buff Japanese bantams, two cochins and two ameraucana's from the same person and they all appear to be exactly what I was told they were but Kung pao and Schezuan aren't. Any suggestions on what he might be?

He looks like a partridge rock to me. The other rooster looks like he could be a female line blue wheaton ameraucana.

I have never seen either of those. I only have experience with Barred rocks that my grandmother has bred since before I was born. It is hard to tell in the pics I posted but Schezuan does have a tail, all be it not as long and full as Kung pao's. He is a rooster right. I just assumed from the way he looks and the fact that he hangs out with Kung pao away from the hens so much that he is a roo. I know Kung pao is a roo though cause he has moved onto my barn roof and crows all bloody day long. The two of them spend all day outside and get up in trees or on the barn roof while all the hens and younger chickens stay near the barn. Right know the two of them are the best of friends but how long can that last? They spend all of their time together out in the yard, and get up on the roof and Pao crows. Will they eventually start fighting or can they live in harmony amongst around 8 hens? Schezuan seems to just back down to Kung pao all the time, and only Pao interacts with the hens, Schezuan hangs back.
