What breed is my rooster

Much appreciated opinions about what breed my rooster may be he's gorgeous tall apoxamately 10 pounds he's nearly 1 year of age . He was found abandoned by a river bottom I heard the story and took him in

I would say he is a leghorn or game rooster.

Thank you all I live to learn more I have. 37 pet chickens I do not kill them for meat I take exceptional care of them all . I enjoy their company among their beauty and elegance I own , 4 coo coo Marans 4 silver laced wyandottes 4 silkies, 2 standard Cochins , 4 buff Orpingtons , 3 old English bantams, 2 .golden sex links, 3 Rhode Island reds, 1 black Australorp, 4 Americaunas , 4 black crested polish and more polish on the way , 1 Delaware and 3 Cornish cross who I rescued from a unhealthy environment they are now my goats companions I also have , 1 Mille Fleur bantam rooster, and 1 very colorful beautiful rooster yes I rescued him and it feels great !!! Thank you for the wonderful welcome
