what breed is Roger the rooster?

I did a lot of research a few weeks ago and I'm leaning towards svart hona. he doesn't have the tail that Sumatra has. i'll try to get some pictures of the hens he came with and also the hens that I have hatched that were from him and them. sadly I have not hatched a rooster that looks anything like him

You could be right about him being a svart hona. However, I do believe he is definitely crossed with Black Copper Maran. His physical structure and the gold appearing through the hackle feathers truly indicates it.

I believe you are probably correct about the black copper maran. I just looked roosters up and the first two rooster offspring I hatched from him look like them. maybe if I breed one of his rooster offspring with one of the black hens I have i'll get another roger. hmmm. the problem is getting the black comb. his boys have the red comb but the girls have black. I think I need a rooster with a black comb

Some Rogers offspring. I incubated a batch from him and one of the black hens he came with and I got four chickens. Two roosters and two hens. The roosters looked similar to each other just one had a dark red comb and one had a lighter red comb. The hens both have black combs
