What breed is she?very unique feathers not frizzle but they are a little wavy

Looks normal to me, not frizzled. Just looks to be fluffed up for some reason, which is also normal. Feathered Feet? Looks like a Partridge Cochin to me.

My partridge cochin hen looked just like that when she was young! Once she grew out of her awkward teenage stage, she smoothed out. I have a picture of her on her Twitter account. (I made a twitter account for a chicken, yes.) @SepiaTheChicken

Thanks guys! yes, Feather feet almost double amount of feathers on feet compared to the rest bantam cochins and frizzles, i have, however, more fancier than the rest (besides the duccle) i knew it wasnt frizzle it almost looks crimped her hair. The thing looks kinda slightly like a like a flat iron but would make your hair slightly wavy but no curl at bottom ..lol
