What breed is she?

We were told she is Sid Taylor and warhorse bloodlines, however, her neck feathers swoop back like she just came out of a salon and got her hair done I love it but I’m curious… is that a random genetic trait or breed specific? I’ve seen some Shamo chickens have this but any input would help! Thanks

I'd say she looks the part. I'm not too keen on black fowl but what little I do she can be. You can really only count on the breeders word

Huh, I didn't about that. Years ago I had an Easter Egger with this as well, I just never looked into why
