What breed is she?

This is Lucy. I originally thought she was a Buff Orpington but she looks nothing like Fats now. These 2 are the same age but she is not getting her comb and waddles.

This is Fats. They are 5 1/2 to 6 months old. Just wish they would start laying soon.

Is she a hatchery bird? Many times they are breeding different lines so can look very different. Buff Orpington looking to me too, but a side view would be good to look at, orps can be slow maturers too

looks like a buff orpington, some chickens mature faster than others, oh and Fats looks like she may lay soon with that big red comb!

That's all it is, they're both bo hens, Fats is just more mature, and as stated, getting close to laying!

They look just like my BO hens. 6 months and not laying! Ours are 4 months and being threatened by the hubby already!
