What breed is this 3 week old chick

They sold me what they called Ameracaunas at the Co-op however after some post on BYC I did more research and its seems that I actually have EEs. Which is what I wanted to begin with. Anyway they did look like little chipmunks. Now at 7 weeks they are getting their own looks.

We have two young male cats. They like to stalk them but never attack. I keep a watchful Eye on them just in case. However we have a predator coming around (racoons I Think). However the extra money I spent for security will make the pretty safe at night.
