A Spitzhauben probably.
Polish lay tiny eggs so probably not.My polish started laying about a week ago. Small white eggs. Will her eggs get bigger?
Is it not possible that one of those Barred Rocks is actually an EE? I have seen EEs look very similar to Barred Rocks before. You have two barred rocks, 1 easter egger, 1 white crested polish, and a turkey.
All BRs lay brown eggs. Polish lay white, Easter eggers lay a vast majority of colors, but we already know yours lays green. There is no way one of you BRs are laying green. And your EE is not laying two eggs a day. The one might just look like it has a tent to you and is actually white coming from your polish.
That is not a cross of a barred rock and a black ameraucana (which is how you get those barred looking EEs). I have done that cross. Is it not possible that one of those Barred Rocks is actually an EE? I have seen EEs look very similar to Barred Rocks before.
They will increase a little. My polish lays a medium sized eggMy polish started laying about a week ago. Small white eggs. Will her eggs get bigger?
is it with all chickens that the egg size will change???????????and if they do will they make bigger chicks????????My polish hen's eggs got bigger! They are rather elongated compared to my barred rock's and easter egger's. She has doubled in size!
