What breed is this bantam??

This one is between 2 and 3 weeks old. Has pretty huge feet, all white.... I have no idea what it could be, never had one that looked like this!

Hmmm, interesting. I have never owned a chick/chicken like this. S/he is in an ugly stage right now. LOL I don't suppose anyone has guesses as to gender?? Too young?
