Can someone tell me what breed my man is? He's very protective of his ladies.

You're welcome. Just to clarify, the sex linkage is a one time deal. Hatching chicks from your flock won't give you more sex links, you'll have a mix of basically red and white birds with no regards to color being linked to sex.
