What breed is this chick/chicken?

The neighbor's free range chicken is hatching a clutch in my lean to. The neighbor inherited the chickens from another neighbor that moved, so she isn't sure what breed they are either.

It might be a welsummer chick.

I did some googling, and that's what it looks like to me, but the eggs were a very light brown. I think maybe she is a mutt. Is that what they refer to as an Easter Egger?

The hen is a Production Red, the chick could be any kind of mutt!
