What breed is this chick/juvenile??

I'm sure its a bantam because the silkie and sebright that was hatched at the same time are already bigger. This chick is about a little over one month old and I'm wondering if its not growing...all the other chicks have all their feathers in...anyway here it is, i thought it was a red frizzle cochin when it hatched but its defiently not frizzle...what is it?

My guess is Golden Comet....but I have been known to be wrong

I dont think golden comet becuase its definetly a bantam and I bought these eggs from meyer hatchery as assorted bantams.

I dont want to sound like I'm rejecting everyones idea but I dont think its that either...only because meyer hatchery doesnt have new hampshire red bantams

I dont think that one either..he has no dark plumage on him whatsoever...he is a mystery chick!
