About the same size and it’s the only one with a comb and waddle that big for the age the rest areAssuming he’s Large Fowl and not Bantam. How big is he in comparison to other chickens?

One - he’s not crowing because the other rooster is dominating him. It’s considered a sign of submission to not crow in the other roo’s presence.
