What breed is this chicken? I thought Welsummer, but now I'm not sure

I got this chicken in a mixed batch of "brown egg layer" chicks. As a chick, it was a rust color and then developed black streaks. (I included two pictures of it as a chick below)

It's about 22 weeks old now. In the photo, it's standing next to a red sex link that's about 2 weeks younger for size reference.

She looks like my Rhode Islad Red hen whose about the same age. Pretty girls.

In the last picture the hen with a Black tail looks to be a Production Red and the Hen with the White tail is a sex-link.

Yep, the one with the black tail is a production red, I have 36, and the other is a sex link , only had a few. Those are some pretty ladies!
