what breed is this chicken?

this was a mystery chicken we got with an order from mcmurray.

fairly certain he is a rooster... almost 3 months old.

feathered legs, tiny wings, hardly any tail feathers, he tries to fly or jump from time to time and just crashes hard.

what do you think?
