He's a hatchery quality Buff Cochin. There are no other breeds carried by hatcheries that have his traits. I'm not even sure Buff Langshans even exist and if they did, they would have white/pink skin and not the yellow skin of this bird. Buff German Langshans exist, but they're an entirely different breed altogether. In the US we have Croad Langshans which have limited color options, unlike the German Langshans. There are also Modern Langshans and a different Australian strain of Langshans. There have been talks of creating a buff variety and apparently they attempted to make one 100 years ago in the US, but I can find no evidence of breeding flocks and they're certainly not carried by a hatchery. Brahmas have pea combs are Buff Brahmas are technically Buff Columbian and have dark markings, which this bird lacks as he's solid buff. Brahmas also have pea combs. Large scale hatcheries shouldn't have problems of hybrids either.
