What Breed is this Chicken

If i'm correct, Phoenix Cocks have long tails, and that looks more like the pullets if it is a phoenix. Here is a picture of a phoenix pair. 

Yes this is a picture of a duckwing Gold Phoenix (bantam) and his mate a partridge like feathered female. Need somthing to judge the size to see if Bantam or not. Not an Ohiki. The other pic looks similar to a partridge pullet.

But the problem is I got this chicken from somebody else
I didn't hatch it under a chicken so I don't know anything about the past of this chick
I fully agree with Ol Grey Mare that this chicks has feathers down the leg and that's what confusing me
Anyways thanks all for your help and comments But still it remains unclear to me what breed is this

I think it is a mix of few breeds

She is a Marans pullet, in my experience.

Do not know the person that posted the Duckwing Gold Phonix with Partridge pullet. I own several and plan on selling their off this Saturday. This picture is a very good pic and shows the gal at her best.

Here is a roo and his lady fair, got the pic from the internet images, copper black Marans. Also there are the Partridge and many other color combos of Marans. Ends with an S. Search on ebay and you will see.
