I'm guessing it's a Runner crossed with a Pekin, white bibs pop up a lot in Pekin crosses.
If you got it as a duckling 2 months ago than it is still very young and you need to make sure it's getting enough protein and proper nutrients. Low protein and feeds without nutritional value can stunt it's growth and cause health problems. Also, you won't see eggs until it's around 5 or 6 months, if it's a hen.
