Are muscovy related to geese? That's what they (sort of) remind me of.The only exception would be Muscovy, but they aren't *truly* ducks. They *can* breed with regular ducks, but the offspring would be sterile.

Technically, I think they are more closely related to (and classified as) wood-ducks, as they perch and nest in trees and have longer talons to accommodate this.
