Hi all!
Can you help us identify our newest addition?
She is still a young hen (no rooster crows so far), around 18 weeks or so when we took her. Golden brown and dark, with purple and green gloss mostly on the back, but overall.
The feathers have a small pattern but the neck is almost plain. Also the wing pattern reminds me of a pheasant.
The eyes are dark, really squeacky like a snake and fast.
Not laying yet.
1. Where did you get the birds? Farmer in Belgium, Flandes.
2. Are they from a feed store, hatchery, or breeder? Breeder
4.The farmer couldn't tell, but he knows he has Leghorns, Sussex, Marans, Orpington, Harco and then he had some small ones with feathered legs.
Thanks for the help!!
