Is that last pic a different bird? The third pic looks like she has feathered legs, in which case I would say partridge Cochin, but if they are all the same bird, I would say partridge Rock.

Looks like a young partridge rock cockerel to me

Partridge Rock Pullet. Males of the Partridge coloration have black chests. Hens have partridge penciling on their chests.
